Referral Information

For all patients, MRI scan referrals from Sports Physicians are now eligible for a rebate from Medicare when performed at a rebatable MRI machine. Not all MRI machines are rebatable under the Federal Health regulations and unfortunately GP and Physiotherapist MRI referrals are not eligible for a rebate at these specific machines.

For new patients after 1st Nov 2010, a referral from a GP will be required.

Health Coaching - Dietitian & Nutritionist

Jennie_Lane Jennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian working in private practise on the Northern Beaches. She consults to the Manly Sea Eagles, the NSW Institute of Sport Netball and other sporting teams and is actively involved in the community promoting healthy eating in schools and to the elderly.

Jennie has significant experience treating health issues such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Weight Management, Disordered Eating, Family Heath and Sports Nutrition. She will translate scientific information into personalised, practical dietary advice. Jennie believes that well-being requires a holistic approach including a wide variety of nutritious foods, regular physical activity and a balanced lifestyle.

To register click the Login tab, complete the registration form and send it to us. This will generate two emails, one confirming your application and the other alerting our administrator to approve your user account.

Approval time is dependent upon staff availability. Usually it is within a very short time but may take up to a couple of days so please be patient.

After approval you will receive a confirmation email.
